~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Von: Sheri .. [....] How did I find TREFFPUNKT? I found TREFFPUNKT on the internet while searching for German learning programs. I lived in Germany when I was nine years old until I was thirteen. I always wanted to come back to Germany for more German learning. I had the opportunity this year, so I started my search online for a good program. Why did I decide in favor of TREFFPUNKT? I decided in favor of TREFFPUNKT because the website was very thorough and provided a lot of information. I also read the reviews which were all positive. When I would email Alexandra or Dani with questions, my emails were always promptly answered, and they were both always friendly. I reviewed other German learning programs as well, but TREFFPUNKT in Bamberg seemed like the best choice for me. When I arrived in Bamberg, I realized that I made the right choice. Was I pleased with the teachers, the school mates, the atmosphere, the organizations, the activities…. I was very pleased with everything at TREFFPUNKT in Bamberg. My teachers Dorle and Claudia were wonderful! They were both very patient and made german learning fun! I was only in Bamberg for a month, but my german definitely improved a lot within that one month. I made wonderful friends from all over the world at the school. The atmosphere was always friendly and welcoming, and there was always an activity that one could participate in. My accomodation was also wonderful. I had my own apartment which was only about a 10 minute walk from the school. I was able to walk everywhere. Almost all of the locations I went to took me no longer than 15 minutes by foot. I loved that! How would I sum up the whole TREFFPUNKT experience? The month I spent at TREFFPUNKT in Bamberg was honestly the best experience of my life! I was actually sad for a couple of days when I returned home to Florida because I missed the school and Bamberg so much! I learned german, met wonderful people, lived in a beautiful city for a month...what more can one ask for? I hope to come back to Bamberg very soon. Next time, I would like to stay for more than a month.
